About Tom Hayton is a London-based filmmaker, creative director, and photographer. He specialises in ''bringing stories to life'', which means analysing a client's needs, and figuring out how to engage their audience with powerful visual storytelling. Tom began his creative career as a photographer in Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur, and his imaginative and edgy style is influenced by many years spent abroad and exposure to different cultures. He is comfortable working in both location and studio environments. As a film maker and creative director, Tom spends most of his time in advertising- creating concepts for commercial clients, which are then realised through visual media. He owns an agency producing ads, visual content and animations. As a photographer, Tom is primarily a portraitist and fashion photographer, occasionally dipping into reportage. Tom's work has been featured in leading publications, including VICE, The Guardian, The Independent, Tech Crunch and many others. Having lived in several countries, he is multi-lingual, and can work in German, Spanish, Swedish, French, Malay and Japanese. Tom has a black belt in judo, which he gained in Japan, and a member of the GB Masters squad.
